Complimentary consultations are provided to discuss project details, design preferences, album options, pricing, and timelines. Consultations do not guarantee project acceptance or availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any custom album project.

The remaining balance must be paid before the completed album is shipped or delivered.

Accepted payment methods will be listed on the website.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing photographs and materials in a timely manner. 
• Confirming names, dates, and information for accuracy. 
• Reviewing proofs and responding to approval requests. 

A Moment In Time By Renee is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Clients may be provided with design previews when applicable. Once final approval is given, additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Production timelines vary depending on:

• Number of photographs 
• Customization requests 
• Client response time 

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier.

A Moment In Time By Renee is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or lost packages after shipment.

Because all albums are custom-made and personalized:

All sales are final.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available unless the product arrives damaged due to workmanship.

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Clients retain ownership of their personal photographs.

A Moment In Time By Renee retains ownership of original album designs, layouts, artwork, and creative elements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

With the client's permission, photographs of completed albums may be displayed on the website, social media pages, marketing materials, or promotional content.

Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

A Moment In Time By Renee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
